The Company:
Our client, a leading IT company based in Malta, is now looking to employ Support Consultants to join their team.
The Role:
-
Providing support to a number of clients using EYESEL Business Suite and other applications both on-site and the company premises
-
Forming part of the after sales team
-
Preparing documentation of client support issues and status tracking
-
Troubleshooting issues at clients and querying the data
-
Writing reports using mainly Crystal Reports
-
Testing of applications
-
Performing System upgrades at both the Clients' and the company's sites
Knowledge and skills:
-
IT qualifications
-
Previous experience in a similar role
-
Solid knowledge of Accounting principles
-
Experience in Accounting packages
-
Excellent communication and analytical skills
-
Natural team player
-
Own transport
